A 90 cm built-in electric oven with a 116 litre cavity, half as wide again as the usual 60 cm unit and sized for full-width trays. SteamBake puts steam into the cavity at the start of baking, which keeps bread and pastry soft inside while the crust still crisps. AirFryPlus runs the fan hard to crisp food with very little oil. A food probe reads the core temperature and stops the oven when the food is done. Trays pull out on telescopic runners and several shelves can be cooked at once.
