Electrolux 60 cm Built-in Steam Oven KOAAS31X

A 60 cm built-in oven with a 70 litre cavity and full steam cooking. SteamPro adds steam through the cook, and Steamify works out how much to use once you have set a temperature. A food probe reads the core temperature of meat and stops the oven at the number you set. Automatic programmes adjust themselves to the weight of the food. Cleaning is done with steam rather than oven chemicals. The door lifts off for washing, the hinges close softly and the shelves run on telescopic rails. Touch controls, child lock and automatic switch-off. It draws 3500 watts and drops into a 560 by 600 mm cut-out.
